About the Program
- Get a scholarship to train to become a commercial truck driver! (*eligibility required)
- If you want to get your CDL-A license to drive big rigs or other large vehicles, you may be eligible for a scholarship to pay for truck driving school at a local truck driving school.
- This is a limited-time offer.
- You will receive assistance finding a job after you successfully complete training.
How to Apply
- Fill out the CDL Contact Form
- A coordinator will contact you to determine if you are eligible.*
- If eligible, the coordinator will enroll you and help you sign up for the training.

*To be eligible, you must be authorized to work in the United States; males must be registered for Selective Service at sss.gov; have a valid Washington State Driver’s License with no restrictions and able to get a driver’s abstract; have a birth certificate.
Department of Transportation requires CDL students to pass a physical exam and pass an English language test demonstrating the skills necessary to interact with the public and employers safely for this occupation.
