Gives your company a competitive edge by “upskilling” your current employees. Work Experience (Intern) Training
There are many individuals who lack any work experience or have been out of the workforce for some time. Working together with your company, NWC’s Work Experience Training program provides individuals to your company for short-term, entry-level assignments. Best of all, we cover 100% of the cost. This program helps you by creating a potential pipeline of talent, while giving trainees work readiness skills they may be missing.
